Lovely atmospheric story. There's a melancholy tone of grief and loss and echos of both from the past and the future. Good read.

Really well written, dialogue is spot on. I don't quite buy in on Gregor's ultimate reaction to what Miles has done. I do buy in to his reaction to what Miles has said. Minor quibble, really. This is a very good read.
